EAA Drill of the Week - Throwing - J Band Series

This drill series will show the proper way to do the J-Band Series which helps players warm up their shoulder property to prepare to throw.  This will help keep players healthy and build stronger arms.  We recommend doing this series before throwing in games and practices.  The J Band is portable and can be connected almost anywhere.  Click the link below to watch our Trainer, Brandon Anderson demonstrates the exercise:

You can purchase J-Bands at most sporting goods stores and straight from their website.  We recommend the Jr Size for ALL AGES.  Even our pro-level players still use the Junior Bands most of the time.  This will help them maintain better positions while performing the exercise.
