Too many athletes spend years grinding without a plan, chasing whatever drill is trending, with no objective way to know if it's actually working. The WIRED Method exists to fix that.

We assess where the athlete is, build a plan to close the gap to where they want to be, train the plan, measure the result, and then adjust. Every cycle. Every athlete.

HOW A WIRED CYCLE WORKS

Every athlete moves through these five phases on a rolling basis. The cycle never really ends — it just gets sharper.

ASSESS

Movement screens, performance metrics, and skill baselines establish exactly where you stand today.

Your individualized blueprint — built around your goals, your gaps, and your competitive calendar.

Elite coaching, intentional reps, and the right environment to execute the plan day after day.

Re-test the metrics. The data tells us whether the work is producing the result it was designed to.

ADJUST

Refine the plan based on what the data shows. Then run the cycle again. That's how progress compounds.

PHASE 01 - ASSESS

ESTABLISH THE BASELINE

You can't improve what you haven't measured. We start every athlete with a full assessment so the work that follows is targeted, not random.

  • Pitching velocity, spin rate, movement profile

  • Exit velocity and bat speed

  • Vertical jump and 10-yard split

  • Functional movement screen

PHASE 2 - PLAN

BUILD THE PLAN

Your plan is yours. It's built off your assessment, your goals, and the calendar in front of you — not a template pulled off a shelf.

PHASE 05 - ADJUST

TIGHTEN THE LOOP

The Assess → Adjust loop is what separates elite development from generic training. The faster and more honestly we close it, the faster you grow. We review the data with the athlete, talk through what worked and what didn't, and update the plan for the next cycle. Then we go again.
